Sinopse:

Num futuro próximo, todas as crianças têm seus robôs de estimação: os Medabots. Cada Medabot tem inteligência artificial, uma medalha de personalidade e armas variadas para competir entre si nas Cyberlutas. A cada quatro anos se dá um Torneio Mundial ambicionado por todos os participantes das Cyberlutas. Ikki, garoto de 9 anos, que sonha ser vencedor, um dia encontra uma nova medalha e seu robô ganha superpoderes.
